Yes, our shoes are unisex, please refer to our size guide in our shop to figure out what your size is.  

Shipping Policy

How do you ship my items and how long will it take?
Thank you for ordering an item from Maz Brasil Philippines.  We ship to most addresses nationwide as long as reachable by local courier (LBC, Air21, JRS, etc).  You will usually receive the shoes within 3 - 5 business days from the day payment is received. Shipping is FREE on all online orders! 

Shipping Liability

Maz Brasil Philippines will not be held liable for any lost or mis-delivered orders while in the possession of the local courier.
*Orders for delivery outside the Philippines are currently not accepted.*

 

Limited Returns Policy

Our sizes are in BR (Brasil sizes) so please check our Maz shoe guide to make sure you choose the right size.  Don't worry though, if you purchase the wrong shoe size, we will be glad to exchange this for you, subject to the availability of your requested size.  We ask though that shoes be unworn to be eligible for exchange.  You may request for exchange up to 7 days after you receive the shoes.  

Please contact us through messenger on our website to request an exchange.  Kindly note, however, that you will need to shoulder one-way shipping fee of approximately P125-150 depending on your location.

At this time, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or cancellations.  

If there should be an error on our part (we hope not but an example is our delivered item/s do not match your order on record), Maz Brasil Philippines shall bear the cost of exchange and re-delivery.  Kindly inform us within five (5) working days from receipt of the item/s. We will then contact you with further details on how to exchange your item.
